Let me share a little bit about my journey...

As a busy mom with two very active kids, I realized that taking care of my own health mattered... not just for me, but for my family, too.

Growing up, I dealt with poor metabolic health: high cholesterol as a child and even a fatty liver by age 19. When my doctors recommended medication, something in me knew there had to be another way. But because I wasn’t overweight, and I was a young college student, I didn’t do much about it.

It took me close to a decade to really focus on my health and honestly, it wasn’t until after pregnancy, when the weight struggles showed up, that I finally paid attention.

I Turned Those Early Health Scares Around With Simple Lifestyle Changes.

But even then, I was stuck in the same place so many women find themselves: trying to lose weight while genuinely loving food.

I tried just about every diet out there, and I saw results but those strategies left me drained, guilty, and feeling like I had to give up everything I enjoyed. I knew there had to be a better way… a way to enjoy the meals I love without constantly feeling like I was missing out.

After years of trial and error, I realized that being healthy doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love or spending hours at the gym.

What I did instead was: I found a way to prioritize simple, effective habits into my everyday life. I’ve discovered real strategies that let me enjoy life while staying healthy and now I want to help you find that same balance.
